Monos luggage sizes

Monos is a Vancouver, Canada based direct-to-consumer travel brand that designs hardside carry-on and check-in luggage, bags, and travel accessories, commonly reported as founded in 2018. The brand name comes from the Japanese concept of mono no aware, an appreciation for fleeting moments, and Monos positions its suitcases as premium quality sold at lower prices by selling directly to customers instead of through traditional retail markup. Every Monos suitcase carries a lifetime warranty covering the wheels, handles, locks, zippers and shell against cracks or breaks, though not cosmetic wear like scuffs or scratches.

How Monos measures

Monos publishes both imperial (inches) and metric (centimeters) dimensions on every product page, and each hardside suitcase page explicitly states that the listed exterior measurements include the wheels and fixed handles, meaning these are overall, gate sizer style dimensions rather than body only. Monos does not publish a separate body only figure for any line checked, and its two soft sided Metro bags do not carry this wheel inclusion note since they have no wheels.
